Story Time Recommended
for: ages 17 months-5 years; Mondays @ 10:30am and Saturdays @ 10:30am 1/28-4/6 We have free play,
read, sing, and do a simple craft. This is a good opportunity for young
children to be exposed to PA Early Learning Standards, as well as one for
parents, grandparents, and other caregivers to interact. It is also a fun,
positive way to introduce young children to a group environment. Siblings are
welcome. Please register.
Family Place Parent-Child Workshop Recommended for children ages 1-3; Wednesdays @ 11:00am 11/5-12/3 Join
us for this special program for children ages 1-3 and their parents or
caregivers. It features visits by local experts in speech, nutrition,
behavior, and physical activity, while the children engage in free play
and art. Siblings are welcome.
STEAM Out Ages
5-11; Mondays @ 4:00-5:30pm 1/28-5/23
have opportunities and choices to create with art and craft materials, build
with Legos and a variety of other blocks, play games, learn about basic
programming with robots, and do simple science experiments.
REC Room Ages
play Air Hockey, Cornhole, classic board games, and videp games on the
library's PlayStation 4, Xbox One, or Nintendo Switch. Gaming Group Ages
13-17; Tuesdays @ 4:00-6:00pm.
Come play Dungeons and Dragons
or any other multi-player games you'd like to bring. Classic board
games are available as well.
Teen Advisory Board Ages 13-17; 1st & 3rd Tuesday of the month @ 6:00pm. Ongoing. Have
a say in what books, CDs, movies we provide at the library as well as
special teen programs. Snacks will be provided. Please register.
